摘 要:采面回采过断层期间容易出现回采巷道围岩变形量大、采面顶板冒落、煤炭采出率低等问题,从而给矿井安全、高效生产带来影响。8305综采工作面回采期间揭露有DF3断层,为提高采面过断层效率,综合使用强化回采巷道支护、采面调斜、仰斜开采、爆破弱化等方式过断层。现场应用后,采面过断层期间仍可保持2.4 m/d推进速度,期间回采巷道围岩变形量在允许范围内,采面煤壁及顶板均保持稳定,取得较好的应用效果。研究成果可为其他矿井类似情况下的综采工作面过断层提供经验参考。During the period when the mining face passes through the fault,it is easy to have problems such as large deformation of surrounding rock of mining roadway,roof caving of mining face and low coal recovery rate,which will affect the safe and efficient production of the mine.DF3 fault is exposed during the mining of 8305 fully mechanized mining face.In order to improve the fault crossing efficiency of mining face,the fault crossing methods such as strengthening mining roadway support,mining face inclination adjustment,inclined mining and blasting weakening are comprehensively used.After field application,the advancing speed of 2.4 m/d can still be maintained during the fault crossing of the mining face.During this period,the deformation of the surrounding rock of the mining roadway is within the allowable range,and the coal wall and roof of the mining face remain stable,which has achieved good application results.The research results can provide an empirical reference for the fault crossing of fully mechanized mining face in other mines under similar conditions.
