摘 要:为了解决提升厚煤层综放开采的回收率,以屯兰矿18406工作面为工程背景,采用数值模拟软件对不同采高下顶煤的应力峰值及水平位移变形量进行分析,发现随着采高的不断的增加,此时应力峰值呈现出先增大后减小的趋势,顶煤的水平位移量同样呈现先增大后减小的趋势,在采高为3 m时的应力峰值及水平位移量均为最大值,同时对不同采高下的顶煤冒落状态进行分析,发现不同采高顶煤冒落均类似于漏斗状,当采高为3 m时,此时的顶煤回收率和含矸率均为最优分别为86.1%和8.4%,所以最佳采高为3 m,为矿井厚煤层高效开采提供一定的参考。In order to improve the recovery rate of fully mechanized top coal caving mining in thick coal seam,taking the 18406 working face of Tunlan Mine as the engineering background,the numerical simulation software is used to analyze the peak stress and horizontal displacement deformation of top coal under different mining heights.It is found that with the continuous increase of mining height,the peak stress first increases and then decreases.The horizontal displacement of top coal also increases first and then decreases.When the mining height is 3 m,the peak stress and horizontal displacement are the maximum.At the same time,the top coal caving state under different mining heights is analyzed.It is found that the top coal caving at different mining heights is similar to funnel shape.When the mining height is 3 m,the top coal recovery and gangue content are the best,86.1%and 8.4%respectively,Therefore,the best mining height is 3 m,which provides a certain reference for the efficient mining of thick coal seams in the mine.
