煤巷掘进工作面帮部前探梁临时支护结构的设计探析

摘　　要：为有效防治煤巷掘进作业中易出现的片帮问题,设计了一种煤巷帮部前探梁临时支护结构,介绍了该前探梁临时支护结构的支护原理,详细设计了该前探梁临时支护的具体结构,加工以及实际安装工艺,并进行了应用测试,测试结果表明,新设计的前探梁临时支护结构护帮效果好,可为现场作业人员提供一安全作业环境,有效解决了巷道煤壁片帮威胁工作人员人身安全的问题,可为类似工况下的煤巷掘进防片帮提供一定的技术参考。In order to effectively prevent and control the slope problems that are easy to occur in coal roadway excavation, a temporary support structure of front detection beam in coal roadway is designed, the support principle of the temporary support structure of front detection beam is introduced, the specific structure, processing and actual installation technology of the temporary support of front detection beam are designed in detail, and the application test is carried out. The test results show that the newly designed temporary support structure of front probe beam has good side protection effect, which can provide a safe working environment for on-site operators, effectively solve the problem that the coal wall wall of the roadway threatens the personal safety of workers, and provide a certain technical reference for the prevention of coal roadway excavation under similar working conditions.
