摘 要:针对综采工作面破碎顶板强度低,较难支护易出现冒顶事故等问题,基于石灰系煤层的伪顶,直接顶以及老顶的岩性特征,分析了锚杆+锚索支护以及局部钢针+架棚支护+喷浆处理的支护机理,改进了锚杆+锚索支护,提出了一种以锚杆+锚索+金属网+组合锚索作为主要承载结构,同时科学合理的配合局部串钢针+局部架棚支护+喷浆处理的新型联合支护方式,应用结果表明,该种新型支护方式,支护效果更好,顶板的稳定性更高,能有效提高破碎顶板的稳定性与安全性,有助于更好的保障矿井安全生产。Aiming at the problems of low broken roof strength, difficult support is prone to roof fall in fully mechanized mining face. Based on the lithologic characteristics of false roof, direct roof and main roof of lime coal seam, the support mechanism of bolt + anchor cable support and local steel needle + shed support + shotcrete treatment are analyzed, and the bolt + anchor cable support is improved. A new combined support method is proposed, which takes bolt + anchor cable + metal mesh + combined anchor cable as the main bearing structure, and scientifically and reasonably cooperates with local steel needle string + local shed support + shotcrete treatment. The application results show that this new support method has better support effect, higher stability of roof, and can effectively improve the stability and safety of broken roof. It will help to better ensure mine safety production.
