摘  要:聚丙烯酰胺对胶体具有絮凝作用,但在人工添加过程中没有具体的参考数据,往往容易添加过量,导致中水中残留量较多,并使后续的陶瓷膜等膜处理工艺发生堵塞,因此,检测聚丙烯酰胺的残量意义重大。选择对试验背景干扰小、重复性好,测定范围广且测试结果较准确的浊度法来检测矿井水处理过程中聚丙烯酰胺的残量并确定聚丙烯酰胺的最佳投药量,对节省药剂用量、减少对后续膜处理设施的损害、延长膜使用寿命具有重要的借鉴意义。Polyacrylamide has flocculation effect on colloid,but there is no specific reference data in the manual addition process.It is often easy to add too much,resulting in more residue in water and blocking the subsequent membrane treatment processes such as ceramic membrane.Therefore,it is of great significance to detect the residue of polyacrylamide.The turbidity method with small interference to the test background,good repeatability,wide measurement range and accurate test results is selected to detect the residual amount of polyacrylamide in the process of mine water treatment and determine the optimal dosage of polyacrylamide,which has important reference significance for saving the dosage of reagent,reducing the damage to the subsequent membrane treatment facilities and prolonging the service life of membrane.
