摘 要:基于流花11-1油田二次开发项目以及陆丰15-1、陆丰12-3油田开发项目中3座深水导管架的设计应用为例,分析了国内外深水导管架的应用现状,指出了深水导管架应用于南海陆坡区所面临的恶劣的自然环境条件、复杂的沙波沙脊工程地质条件、大型的上部模块功能需求以及受限的建造安装资源等诸多挑战。针对中国南海300 m级深水导管架在设计、建造、安装等方面的关键技术问题,给出了300 m级深水导管架在总体规划、场址优选、材料选择、结构设计、施工设计、安全保障等一系列挑战的解决方法与设计方案,并提出了提升中国深水导管架工程技术能力的发展建议。本研究为中国深水导管架工作水深从200 m向300 m跨越及安全服役提供了技术支持。Based on the design&application of three deep-water jackets in the secondary development project of LH11-1 oilfield and the development projects of LF15-1 and LF12-3 oilfields as examples,this paper analyzes the application status of deep-water jackets at home and abroad,and points out that the applications of deep-water jackets in the continental slope area of the South China Sea are frequently challenged by harsh natural environments,complex sand wave/sand ridge engineering geological conditions,functional requirements of large topside modules,and limited construction&installation resources.Aiming at the key technical problems in the design,construction and installation of the 300 m deep-water jacket in the South China Sea,the solutions pertinent to a series of challenges in overall planning,site selection,material selection,structural design,construction design and safety assurance of the 300 m deep-water jacket,as well as the design schemes are proposed.Moreover,the development suggestions for improving China’s deep-water jacket engineering technical capabilities are put forward.This study provides technical supports for extending the working water depth of China’s deep-water jacket from 200 m to 300 m and guaranteeing their safe service.
