郑州地铁客运服务质量评价体系的有效性分析

摘　　要：郑州作为河南的省会城市,是全国的交通枢纽,人口规模和密度居于全国前列,要想解决城市交通问题,必须依靠规范化管理和运营。规范化管理和运营的前提是要从政策保障、评估机构资格、产生的效益三个方面构建郑州地铁客运服务质量评价体系,从而更好发挥地铁运输能力优势,使全市的交通系统运行更加顺畅。Zhengzhou,as the capital city of Henan province,is the transportation junction of China.Its population scale and density are in the forefront of the country.In order to solve the urban traffic problems,standardized management and operation should be adopted.The premise of standardized management and operation is to establish passenger service quality evaluation system of Zhengzhou metro from three aspects:policy guarantee,evaluation institution qualification and benefits generated,so as to give better play to the advantages of metro transportation capacity and make the city′s transportation system run more smoothly.
