摘　　要：为解决畜牧机械生产过程中异型钢生产线多道工序、多规格的问题,同时保证产品质量,提高生产效率,设计一条异型钢自动生产线。该生产线包括拉丝调直机构、切断冲凹机构、自动下料机构,能够将一捆圆钢筋压成异型钢,调直后切断,实现异型钢3/4/5凹产品通用功能。经生产试验,异型钢品质稳定,生产效率高,有效降低了劳动强度,大幅降低人工成本。In order to solve the problem of multi-process and multi-specification of special-shaped steel production line in the process of animal husbandry machinery production,at the same time to ensure product quality and improve production efficiency,design an automatic production line of special-shaped steel.The production line includes drawing straightening mechanism,cutting concave mechanism and automatic blanking mechanism,which can press a bundle of round steel bar into special-shaped steel,cut off after straightening,and realize the general function of special-shaped steel 3/4/5 concave products.Through the production test,the quality of special-shaped steel is stable,the production efficiency is high,and the labor intensity is effectively reduced,and the labor cost is greatly reduced.
