摘 要:母羊泌乳量不仅关乎母羊自身营养需求,也是影响羔羊生长发育的重要因素,准确预测母羊泌乳量在母羊和羔羊精准饲养中具有现实意义。本文利用方差倒数Meta分析方法研究母羊泌乳曲线模型及泌乳参数,并对其泌乳性能进行预测。分别在Web of Science、CNKI等文献数据库中检索母羊泌乳曲线及影响因素的相关文献,依据纳入标准筛选和提取泌乳曲线相关参数,采用方差倒数Meta分析方法进行合并,综合评估母羊泌乳曲线及其影响因素。共纳入文献22篇,提取数据98条。结果显示:山羊泌乳曲线模型为y=0.9438t^(0.3599) e^((-0.0085t)),绵羊为y=0.6772t^(0.3494) e^((-0.0140t)),乳用山羊为y=1.1437t^(0.3187) e^((-0.0080t)),非乳用山羊为y=0.4190t^(0.4681) e^((-0.0118t)),乳用绵羊为y=0.7968t^(0.2562) e^((-0.0090t)),非乳用绵羊为y=0.5700t^(0.4410) e^((-0.0260t)),其中y为预测泌乳量(kg/d),t为泌乳天数(d),e为自然数(2.7183),模型参数具有较高的稳健性(敏感性<5%)。山羊、绵羊、乳用山羊、非乳用山羊、乳用绵羊和非乳用绵羊初乳产量(产后第1天泌乳量)分别为0.94、0.67、1.13、0.41、0.79和0.55 kg,泌乳峰值时间分别在泌乳期第42.34天、第25.00天、第39.84天、第39.67天、第28.47天和第16.96天,峰值泌乳量分别为2.54、1.47、2.69、1.47、1.45和1.28 kg,泌乳持续力分别为6.48、5.76、6.37、6.52、5.92和5.26。本研究获得了山羊、绵羊、乳用山羊、非乳用山羊、乳用绵羊和非乳用绵羊泌乳量预测模型及其泌乳参数,为泌乳母羊和哺乳期羔羊精准饲养提供了基础数据。The milk yield of ewes is not only related to the nutritional requirement of ewes,but also an impor⁃tant factor affecting the growth and development of lambs.It is of great importance to accurately predict the milk yield of ewes in the balance nutrition of ewes and lambs.In this paper,Meta⁃analysis method was used to study the lactation curve model of ewes and lactation parameters,thus to predict the lactation performance.The related literatures related to ewe lactation curve were searched in the literature databases such as Web of Science and CNKI,and the parameters of lactation curve were screened and extracted according to the inclusion crite⁃ria.The Meta⁃analysis method was used to combine and comprehensively evaluate the lactation curve and its in⁃fluencing factors of ewes.A total of 22 literatures were included and 87 groups of data were extracted.The re⁃sults showed that the lactation curve model for goats was y=0.9438t^(0.3599) e^((-0.0085t)),for sheep was y=0.6772 t^(0.3494) e^((-0.0140t)),for dairy goats was y=1.1437t^(0.3187) e^((-0.0080t)),for non⁃dairy goats was y=0.4190t^(0.4681) e^((-0.0118t)),for dairy sheep was y=0.7968t^(0.2562) e^((-0.0090t))and for non⁃dairy sheep was y=0.5700t^(0.4410) e^((-0.0260t)).In the lactation curve models,y was y predicted milk yield(kg/d),t was days of milk(d),e was natural number(2.7183).The model parameters was with high robustness(sensitivity<5%).The colostrum yield(milk yield at day 1 of postpartum)of goats,sheep,dairy goats,non⁃dairy goats,dairy sheep and non⁃dairy sheep was 0.94,0.67,1.13,0.41,0.79 and 0.55 kg,respectively;the peak lactation time was days 42.34,25.00,39.84,39.67,28.47 and 16.96,respectively;the peak milk yield was 2.54,1.47,2.69,1.47,1.45 and 1.28 kg,respectively;and the lactation persistence was 6.48,5.76,6.37,6.52,5.92 and 5.26,respec⁃tively.The lactation curves of Wood models in goat,sheep,dairy goats,non⁃dairy goats,dairy sheep and non⁃dairy sheep are achieved based on Meta⁃analysis,and the lactation parameters o
