摘 要:国外某生产现场锡精矿,矿石嵌布粒度不均匀,锡精矿品质差,矿石硫含量高,难以直接用于冶炼生产。采用“脱硫浮选-摇床重选-摇床尾矿絮凝浮选”的工艺流程,强化回收部分细粒锡矿物,可以得到产率34.53%,Sn回收率95.49%的综合锡精矿,锡精矿Sn品位从19.89%提高至55.04%,锡精矿含S品位从2.66%降低至0.32%。综合锡精矿含锡量高,有助于后续锡冶炼直收率的增加。One foreign tin concentrates with uneven dissemination size,the quality of the tin concentrates is bad,sulfur content is high,it is difficult to directly used for smelting.The process flow that desulfurization flotation gravity separation by tabling table concentrator tailings flocculation flotation was adopted,intensive recovery of some fine-grained tin minerals were carried out,therefore we can get the integrated tin concentrate with yield 34.53%,the recovery rate of Sn is 95.49%,the Sn-bearing grade of tin concentrates was increased from 19.89%to 55.04%,S-bearing grade of tin concentrates was decreased from 2.66%to 0.32%.Tin content in integrated tin concentrate is high,which is contributed to direct recovery rate of the subsequent tin smelting.
