摘  要:某铅锌矿选厂铅精矿含As达1%左右,为降低铅精矿中砷含量,进行了铅精矿降砷试验研究。通过大量探索试验,最终采取组合药剂TH为抑制剂、A1为捕收剂进行砷铅分离,对含Pb62.90%、含As 0.87%的给矿,闭路试验获得了含Pb 63.43%、对给矿Pb回收率89.30%、含As 0.38%的低砷铅精矿。试验指标良好,降砷效果明显,达到了铅精矿降砷提质的目标,为矿山企业降砷提质、清洁环保生产提供了技术依据。In one lead-zinc dressing plant,As content in lead concentrate is around 1%,we did arsenic reduction experimental study of lead concentrate in order to decrease the arsenic content in lead concentrate.After amounts of probe test,we finally selected combination reagent that TH is inhibitor depressor,Al is collecting agent for arsenic and lead separation,we did the test for feeding ore that Pb content is 62.90%,As content is 0.87%,therefore we can get the lead concentrate with low arsenic content that the Pb content is 63.43%,the recovery rate is 89.30%,and the As content is 0.38%.The test indicators are good,the arsenic reduction effect is obviously,the aim that arsenic reduction and quality improvement of lead concentrate is reached,it can provide the technical basis for arsenic reduction and quality improvement,clean production of environmental protection to mining enterprises.
