摘 要:针对某公司贵铅真空炉生产的技术及生产实践,通过优化工艺参数控制及局部设备改造,提高铅铋锑铜银有效分离,提高作业效率、降低生产成本。通过生产实践确定贵铅真空蒸馏最佳工艺技术条件的真空炉工艺技术参数为:蒸发温度(930~970)℃、真空度(10~20)Pa、处理量(5.5~6.5)t/d。The effective separation of lead,bismuth,antimony,copper and silver was increased,the operational efficiency was improved and the production cost was decreased through process parameters'optimization and control,as well as partial equipment upgrading based on production technology and production practice of noble lead vacuum furnace production of one company.Therefore,the technical parameters of vacuum furnace with optimal process technical conditions of noble lead vacuum distillation was confirmed through production practice,which are:the evaporation temperature is(930~970)℃,the vacuum degree is(10~20)Pa,the handling capacity is(5.5~6.5)t/d.
