摘 要:对钽丝用冶金级钽粉原料组成之一的氢化粉的烧结方式进行研究。以真空垂熔烧结和热处理炉辐射式烧结两种方式生产得到氢化粉,按同种比例分别调配得到两种冶金级钽粉原料,分析对比了两种原料的化杂、物性,以及生产的钽丝性能。试验结果表明:两种方式烧结的氢化粉调配的冶金级钽粉原料,化杂及物性没有明显差异,生产的钽丝化杂及物性水平接近,满足生产要求,但热处理炉辐射式烧结能大幅降低生产成本、提升生产效率。Hydride powder is one of composition,it is a kind of metallurgical grade tantalum powder for production of tantalum wire,therefore we did the study on sintering method of hydride powder.Two kinds of production methods that vacuum vertical sintering and radiant sintering of heat treatment furnace was adopted to get hydride powder,two kinds of metallurgical grade tantalum powder(raw materials)can be get according to the same proportion,the chemical impurities,physical properties of two kinds of raw materials as well as the performance of tantalum wire were analyzed and compared.Test results show:for two kinds of raw materials that metallurgical grade tantalum powder was prepared by hydride powder with two kinds of sintering methods,there's no significant difference among its chemical impurities,physical properties;the level of chemical impurities,physical properties of produced tantalum wire were about the same,which can meet the production requirements,but by using of radiant sintering of heat treatment furnace,the production cost can be decreased greatly,the productivity can be increased.
