摘　　要：影响叶滤机运行产能的因素较多,如流道强度、配套使用的离心泵性能参数及石灰添加配比等,在分析这些因素的基础上采取了流道、粗液泵参数、碳乳添加配比等改进措施,使得叶滤机台时产能提高160 m^(3)/h,产能得到明显改善。There are many influence factors for yield of vertical leaf filter,such as flow channel intensity,the performance and parameters of matched centrifugal pump,lime addition proportion and so on,on the basis of analysis of the above mentioned factors,we took the corresponding improvement approaches,such as improvements of flow channel,parameters of crude liquid pump,lime cream addition proportion and so on.Therefore the yield of one vertical leaf filter per hour is increased to 160m^(3)/h,the yield is improved obviously.
