摘　　要：针对A356.2铝合金方棒生产成材率低的原因,分析了浇铸过程中对合金产品表面质量的影响因素,采用了在结晶器上改变水眼角度、在其上安装均压环和外装过滤网、对引锭头圆柱面进行加工处理及增加锥度等措施,有效改善了A356.2铝合金方棒表面质量,使其成品率提高了7.12%,降低了铸棒生产成本。It is analyzed the influence factors for surface quality of alloy product in casting process according to causes low yield of A356.2 aluminum alloy square stick,we changed the angle of water passage on crystallizer,we installed grading ring and exterior filter on crystallizer,we processed and treated the cylindrical face of dummy bar head and we also increased the conical degree and so on,therefore the surface quality of A356.2 aluminum alloy square stick is improved effectively,its yield increased by 7.12%,and the production cost of stick casting is decreased.
