摘　　要：研究夹江石斛多糖提取物(Dendrobium jiajiangense polysaccharides,DJPs)抗结肠癌细胞SW480转移的体外效应。应用CCK8法分析DJPs对细胞活性的影响,基质胶侵袭分析槽分析细胞的侵袭能力,细胞迁移分析系统分析细胞的迁移能力,划痕法分析细胞的伤口愈合能力以及细胞计数法测定细胞的粘附性。与对照组相比,SW480细胞经DJPs处理后,其活性、侵袭能力、粘附能力、伤口愈合能力以及体外迁移运动的能力均明显降低(P<0.05)。DJPs在体外对人结肠癌SW480转移有明显的抑制作用。To study the effect of Dendrobium jiajiangense polysaccharides(DJPs)against SW480 metastasis of colorectal cancer cells in vitro.CCK8 method was used to analyze the effect of DJPs on cell activity,matrix attacking slot analyzed cells attacking ability,cell migration system was used to analyze of migration ability,cells wound healing ability was analyzed by scratch test,and cell counting method was used for the determination of cell adhesion.The results showed that after treated by DJPs,the activity,invasion ability,migration ability and adhesion ability of SW480 cells were significantly reduced(P<0.05).It suggested that DJPs had a significant inhibitory effect on SW480 metastasis of human colorectal cancer in vitro.
