摘　　要：枸杞是中医中常用的滋补药材,枸杞多糖是枸杞中最主要的活性成分,也是其发挥药效的主要成分,具有多种生物活性,因此开发枸杞多糖具有良好的市场前景。文章综述了近年来关于枸杞多糖的提取、纯化、结构鉴定、药理作用及生产中的应用等相关研究,可为枸杞多糖的深入研究和相关产品的开发提供理论依据和借鉴。Lycium barbarum L.is a common tonic medicine in traditional Chinese medicine and Lycium bar⁃barum polysaccharides(LBP)is the most important active component and material basis for effectiveness,It has a variety of biological activities.Therefore,the development of the LBP industry has a good market.In this pa⁃per,the extraction,purification,structural identification,pharmacological effects and application in production of LBP were reviewed.It can provide a theoretical basis and reference for the in-depth study of LBP and the development of related products.
