摘  要:为了得到钢质环氧套筒修复补强管道在内压作用下的环向应力计算公式,根据内压作用下钢质环氧套筒修复补强管道的受力特点,建立了对应的力学分析模型,基于厚壁圆筒的应力解法和变形协调关系得到了内压作用下管道、环氧树脂胶层和钢套筒的环向应力理论公式,并通过试验对理论公式进行验证。结果表明,在不同内压作用下理论值与试验值的误差均在20%以内。该结果可以为内压作用下钢质环氧套筒修复补强管道的设计分析提供参考。In order to obtain the circumferential stress calculation formula of steel epoxy sleeve repair reinforcement pipe under internal pressure,according to the stress characteristics of steel epoxy sleeve repair reinforcement pipe under internal pressure,the corresponding mechanical analysis model was established and based on the stress solution method and deformation coordination relationship of thick-walled cylinder.The theoretical formula for the circumferential stress of pipe,epoxy resin layer and steel sleeve under internal pressure is obtained.The theoretical formula is verified by experiments,and the error between the theoretical value and the experimental value is within 20%under different internal pressures.The research results can provide reference for the design and analysis of steel epoxy sleeve repair and reinforcement pipe under internal pressure.
