摘　　要：为了满足无天车运管时钢管FBE(熔结环氧粉末)内防腐生产的需要,设计了一种专用运管车。该运管车基于生产线钢管升降辊道和液压翻料钩,采用编码器及PLC系统,实现了钢管FBE内防腐生产过程中接管、对中、工进、送管的全工艺自动化运行。运管车经长期实际运行,性能稳定,对中精度可以达到±10 mm,同时可替代天车吊运的传统方式,减少了设备投入,降低了工人劳动强度和安全风险,且可满足不同直径钢管内防腐生产需求。In order to meet the needs of fusion bonded epoxy internal anti-corrosion pipe production without crown block,a special pipe carrier is designed.Based on the lifting roller table and hydraulic turnover hook of the production line,the pipe carrier adopts encoder and PLC system to realize the automatic operation of the whole process of connecting pipe,centering,work advance and pipe delivery in the production process of steel pipe FBE internal anti-corrosion.After long-term actual operation,the pipe carrier has stable performance,and the centering accuracy can reach±10 mm.At the same time,it can replace the traditional method of crown block,reduce equipment investment,reduce workers’labor intensity and safety risk,and meet the production requirements of internal anti-corrosion of steel pipes with different diameters.
