摘 要:针对如何将水环境监测感知与智能信息化手段运用到长江生态质量诊断与管理之中,梳理了国内外水环境监测与智慧化管理系统的发展情况,并以长江生态环境保护修复智慧决策平台为例,介绍了长江流域水环境监测网络建设情况,以及智慧决策平台在水环境数据可视化、水环境大数据分析、污染源大数据分析、水质模拟与预测、水质成因分析、流域生态安全评估、综合调度会商、成果管理、辅助计算工具开发、流域移动执法与调查等方面的研究进展及成果。建议围绕水环境监测感知、大数据治理、三维可视化、数据挖掘模拟与在线计算等领域开展进一步研究,以切实提升流域水环境智慧化管理水平。Aiming at how the water environment monitoring perception and intelligent information methods are applied to the diagnosis and management of the ecological quality of the Yangtze River,this paper sorts out the development of water environment monitoring and intelligent management at home and abroad.Taking the achievements of the intelligent decision-making platform for ecological environment protection and restoration of the Yangtze River as an example,the paper illustrates the construction of the water environment monitoring network in the Yangtze River basin.The platform has made research progress and achievements in water environment data visualization,water environment big data analysis,pollution source big data analysis,water quality simulation and prediction,water quality cause analysis,watershed ecological security assessment,comprehensive scheduling consultation,project management,watershed auxiliary calculation tool,watershed mobile law enforcement and investigation.This paper proposes to carry out further research in the fields of water environment monitoring perception,big data governance,3D visualization,data mining simulation and online computing,so as to guide the prospects of intelligent management of watershed environment.
