摘 要:中东国家天然气管网具有气源多、运行压力低、管径大、输量高,以及覆盖面广的特点,水力系统分析面临多用户、多边界条件,气体流向复杂,难以准确查找管网瓶颈点的难题。对管网进行基本工况分析,认为提高气源压力、改变管网气流流向有助于减少瓶颈;对管网进行瓶颈工况分析,发现分输用户采用流量和最低需求压力设定模式能准确地查找管网瓶颈。与压缩机采用出口压力控制相比,压缩机采用控制流量模式有助于控制管网中天然气输量和流向,快速平衡管网气量和压力。去瓶颈工况分析表明,采用新建管道、修建原有管道副管以及增设压气站方法对提高管网输量效果明显,推荐首站增大输压作为管网去瓶颈首选方案。The natural gas pipeline network in middle east countries has the main characteristics of multi-suppliers,low operating pressure,large pipe diameter,high throughput and wide coverage.Hydraulic system analysis is facing the problems of multi-users and multi-boundary conditions,complicated gas flow direction and difficult to find the bottleneck point of pipe network accurately.The basic working condition of the pipeline network is analyzed,and it is concluded that increasing the gas source pressure and changing the flow direction of the pipeline network can help to reduce the bottleneck.Then the bottleneck working condition of the pipe network is analyzed,it is found that the pipeline network bottleneck can be identified accurately by using the setting mode of flow rate and minimum demand pressure.Compared with the outlet pressure control of compressor,the control flow mode of compressor is helpful to control the natural gas flow rate and direction in the pipeline network,and can quickly balance the gas flow and pressure in the pipeline network.In the analysis of debottlenecking working condition,the methods of building new pipelines,auxiliary pipe of original pipelines and new compressor stations are adopted,which have obvious effect on the increasing of the pipeline network throughput.And the increase of transmission pressure at the first station is recommended as the preferred solution for debottlenecking.
