摘 要:TC4钛合金小规格板材生产一般采用铸锭镦拔锻造、板坯加热轧制的加工方式进行,对于小规格板材通常锻造时采用镦拔锻造的方式来进行,但组织性能并不能达到相对最优的状态。通过关键过程交叉对比的方式,采用普通自由锻造和镦拔锻造两种加工方式生产出相同尺寸的板坯,再使用相同的轧制工艺进行对比生产,所有的生产环节保持一致性,目的在于探究不同的锻造方式对于小规格TC4钛合金板材加工的影响。结果表明,相对于自由锻造,镦拔锻造对改善板坯内部组织有很大的提高作用,但是在生产小规格板材时,组织在前期过于优化反而会使得后续轧制过程中的组织改善较小。所以,通过对比发现,采用自由锻造得到的板坯更适合TC4钛合金小规格板材生产,其金相组织和综合性能更佳。The production of small-size plate for TC4 titanium alloy is generally carried out by the methods of upsetting forging of ingot and heating rolling of plate blank, and the small-size plate is usually forged by the method of upsetting forging, but its microstructure and properties cannot reach the relatively optimal state. Therefore, the influences of different forging methods on the process of small-size plate for TC4 titanium alloy were explored by the method of cross-comparison for key processes, namely, the plate blank with the same size was produced by two methods of ordinary free forging and upsetting forging, and then the same rolling process was used for comparative production to maintain consistence in all production processes. The results show that, compared with the free forging, the upsetting forging has a great effect on improving the internal microstructure of plate blank, but in the production of small-size plate, too much optimization of microstructure in the early stage leads to less improvement of microstructure in the subsequent rolling process. Thus, through comparison, the plate blank obtained by the free forging is more suitable for the production of small-size plate for TC4 titanium alloy, and its metallographic structure and comprehensive properties are better.
