摘　　要：UPS输出中断是最严重的故障,将导致生产波动、装置停工,给炼化企业造成重大的经济损失。通过分析一起UPS输出中断未遂事故,对UPS供电回路设计、检修维护、合环操作等提出具体解决方案。Interruption of UPS output is the most serious failure,leading to production upsets and plant shutdown,and causing great economic losses to refinery enterprises.In this paper,through analyzing an unsuccessful accident of UPS output interruption,specific solutions are proposed for UPS power supply circuit design,overhaul and maintenance,and loop-closing operation.
