摘 要:准确控制各IGBT导通状态是大功率三电平逆变器应用的关键技术。克服传统两电平控制器脉冲输出接口数量少的固有缺点,形成同时控制至少12个IGBT的方案。利用有限的脉冲输出接口对交流三相三电平SVPWM基本空间电压矢量进行二进制编码。基于FPGA的解码装置完成对众多IGBT的控制。为验证该方案的可行性,构建了基于Simulink的三电平逆变器脉冲接口扩展的仿真模型。仿真结果显示,该控制策略可将传统两电平控制器快速应用于三电平逆变器系统中。Accurately controlling the conduction state of each IGBT is the key technology for the application of high-power three-level inverter.It overcomes the inherent disadvantage of small number of pulse output interfaces of traditional two-level controller,and forms a scheme to control at least 12 IGBTs at the same time.The basic space voltage vector of AC three-phase three-level SVPWM is binary coded by using limited pulse output interface.The decoding device based on FPGA completes the control of many IGBTs.In order to verify the feasibility of this scheme,a simulation model of pulse interface expansion of three-level inverter based on Simulink is constructed.The simulation results show that the control strategy can quickly apply the traditional two-level controller to the three-level inverter system.
