摘 要:近年来核电厂因数字化仪控系统质量位设计问题导致多起核电厂误停堆、停机事件,严重影响核电厂的安全性和经济性。目前数字化仪控系统质量位设计并未形成统一的设计原则,电厂、机组、系统间的相关设计准则没有采用统一的准则,导致电厂技术人员对质量位设计的认识不足,对质量位变更改造工作也未能形成有效的设计指导,同时给机组的隐患排查带来诸多困难。针对该问题,首先提出了质量位的定义,介绍了数字化仪控系统质量位参与形式,然后阐述了核电厂数字化质量位设计的原则,最后通过福清核电现场工程应用实例验证提出设计原则的正确性。In recent years,nuclear power plants have caused many accidental shutdowns and shutdowns of nuclear power plants due to the quality signa design problems of digital I&C systems,which have seriously affected the safety and economy of nuclear power plants.At present,the quality signa design of digital I&C system has not formed a unified design principle.At present,the quality signa design of digital I&C system has not formed a unified design principle,and the relevant design criteria among power plant,unit and system have not adopted unified criteria,resulting in insufficient understanding of quality signa design by power plant technicians,failure to form effective design guidance for quality signa change and transformation,and many difficulties in troubleshooting hidden dangers of unit.To solve this problem,firstly,the definition of quality signa is proposed,and the participation form of quality signa in digital I&C system is introduced.Then the principle of digital quality signa design in nuclear power plant is described.Finally,the correctness of the proposed design principles is verified by the application example of Fuqing nuclear power field project.
