慈善信托视阈下社会资本嵌入农地信托化巩固脱贫成果研究

摘　　要：信托业作为金融业第二大子行业,有责任有义务推动巩固脱贫成果工作。在农地信托化成为必然趋势和慈善信托成为扶贫重要产品的基础上,利用创新性思维,在慈善信托视阈下构建社会资本嵌入农地信托化的框架图,将农地信托化与慈善信托有机地结合,以巩固脱贫成果。对比分析后得出,运行框架具有精准多元、长效造血、透明高效等优势,最后提出推动运行框架发展的对策:由点及面多策并举宣扬慈善信托文化;品质与知识并重提供专业人才的支撑;允执其中细化管理加大动态监管力度;突破同质化找准痛点发力品牌化建设。As the second largest sub industry of the financial industry,the trust industry has the responsibility and obligation to promote and consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation.On the basis of the inevitable trend of ru-ral land trust and charitable trust becoming an important product of poverty alleviation,this paper uses innovative think-ing to construct a framework of social capital intervention in rural land trust from the perspective of charitable trust,and organically combines farmland trust with charitable trust to consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation.After comparative analysis,the operation framework has the advantages of precision,diversity,long-term blood production,transparency and efficiency.Finally,the countermeasures to promote the development of the operation framework are put forward:promoting the culture of charitable trust by multi-point and multi-faceted strategies;providing support for professionals with equal emphasis on quality and knowledge;allowing to refine management and increase dynamic su-pervision;breaking through homogenization to find out the pain points and developing brand construction.
