摘　　要：根据市场需求,结合电信运营商视频彩铃业务运营现状,提出建设视频彩铃广告运营平台,并对平台各项功能、运营流程及商务模式进行了设计,构建了视频彩铃广告运营体系,取得了良好的经济效益,实现了视频彩铃从碎片化小业务到平台级大业务的转变,推进了视频彩铃生态经营,助力电信运营商数字化转型。According to the market demand, combined with the current situation of telecom operators’ video ring back tone services, and innovatively proposes to build a video ring back tone advertising operation platform, and designs the platform’s various functions, operating procedures and business models, and builds a video ring back tone advertising operation system, which has achieved good economic benefits, realized the transformation of video ring back tones from a fragmented small business to a large platform-level business, promoted the ecological operation of video ring back tones, and facilitated the digital transformation of telecom operators.
