摘  要:为提高卸载重型水泥管的安全性,节约人力物力,设计了一种重型水泥管卸货装置。该装置通过链条、链轮及传送带等部件进行传递运送,且车箱尾部设置有H形挡板。当水泥管传送到挡板处时,设置在挡板上的压力传感器将信号传递至液压系统,促使液压升降油缸带动H形挡板缓缓转动将水泥管卸下。水泥管卸下后,H形挡板恢复到初始位置准备下一个动作。设计的水泥管卸货装置结构紧凑、操作方便,提高了大型货物的装卸效率,具有一定的应用前景。In order to improve the safety of unloading heavy cement pipes and save manpower and material resources,a heavy cement pipe unloading device was designed. The device was transported through chains, sprockets, conveyor belts and other components. An H-shaped baffle was arranged at the rear of the trunk. When the cement pipe was transmitted to the baffle, the pressure sensor arranged on the baffle transmitted the signal to the hydraulic system, and the hydraulic lifting cylinder drove the H-shaped baffle to slowly rotate to remove the cement pipe. After the cement pipe was removed, the H-shaped baffle returned to the initial position to prepare for the next action. The designed cement pipe unloading device had a compact structure and convenient operation, which improved the efficiency of loading and unloading large-scale goods, and had certain application prospects.
