摘  要:全球面临气候变暖的严峻挑战,碳减排已成为国际上的共识和行动目标。CO_(2)海底封存是实现CO_(2)减排的重要途径之一,且潜力巨大。我国对碳封存技术研究起步较晚,加之海底封存研究空白,有必要推进CO_(2)海底封存技术研究,开发海洋存储能力,加快推进碳减排,尽快实现碳中和。The world is facing the severe challenge of climate warming, and carbon emission reduction has become the international consensus and action goal. CO_(2) sequestration is one of the important ways to realize carbon dioxide emission reduction, and it has great potential. China’s research on carbon sequestration technology started late, and the research on seabed sequestration is blank. It is necessary to promote CO_(2) seabed sequestration technology research, develop marine storage capacity, accelerate carbon emission reduction and realize carbon neutralization as soon as possible.
