摘  要:FITS过钻具测井系统是中国自主研发的测井装备,该系统通过在鄂尔多斯盆地陇东地区直井中与CPLog、LOGIQ等通用测井仪器对比试验和长7页岩油储层45口水平井的规模应用。优化了声波仪器的算法和外壳材质,改进了密度仪器的源仓设计,完善了测井采集工艺流程,其性能进一步提升,具备了相应的测量精度和较高的测量一致性,测井曲线的重复性、一致性及测量精度均能达到行业标准;编写了FITS过钻具测井系统多种测井模式的测井工艺流程和仪器维保手册。FITS过钻具测井系统纵向分辨率高、适用井眼范围广,可以解决井况复杂、井身结构特殊、常规测井难以施工的疑难井的测井资料采集问题;且下井一次成功率高达97.82%,与传统湿接头工艺相比,测井时效提高53%,曲线优等率96.46%。采集的资料计算出的储层物性参数与岩心分析数据具有较高的吻合度,完全能够满足低孔隙度低渗透率储层和页岩油气藏的油气识别和地质、工程评价需求,为FITS过钻具测井系统的大规模应用推广奠定了基础。FITS through drilling logging system is a logging equipment independently developed by China.Through the comparison test with CPLog,LOGIQ and other general logging tools in vertical wells in Longdong area of Ordos basin and the scale application of 45 horizontal wells in Chang 7 shale oil reservoir.FITS through drilling logging system optimizes the algorithm and shell material of acoustic logging tool,improves the source bin design of density logging tool,improves the logging acquisition process,and further improves the performance of FITS through drilling logging system.It has corresponding measurement accuracy and high measurement consistency,and its repeatability,consistency and measurement accuracy of logging curve can meet the industry standard.The logging process flow and instrument maintenance manual of multiple logging modes of FITS through drilling logging system are formed.FITS through drilling logging system has high vertical resolution and wide borehole range.It can solve the logging data acquisition problems of difficult wells with complex well conditions,special wellbore structure and difficult construction of conventional logging.The one-time success rate of running is 97.82%.Compared with the traditional wet joint technology,FITS through drilling logging timeliness is increased by 53%and the curve excellence rate is 96.46%.The collected data and calculation of reservoir physical parameters have high coincidence with core analysis,which can fully meet the needs of oil and gas identification,geological and engineering evaluation of low porosity and low permeability and shale oil and gas reservoirs.It lays a foundation for the large-scale application and popularization of FITS through drilling logging system.
