摘  要:随钻四极子声波测井可以在复杂井况下测量提取地层纵波、横波和斯通利波时差,在大斜度井和水平井勘探开发中的应用日益广泛。介绍了中海油田服务股份有限公司自主研发的随钻四极子声波测井仪的电路、换能器、隔声体等结构,及仪器的参数和测量指标。随钻四极子声波测井仪可以获得高质量的测井数据,实现复杂储层的储层参数计算,同时完成固井质量评价。随钻四极子声波测井仪在勘探开发井中已成功完成十余口井的现场应用,获得了良好的应用效果,解决了电缆声波测井仪在大斜度井和水平井等复杂井况下的应用局限。Quadrupole acoustic logging while drilling can measure and extract the time difference of P-wave,S-wave and Stoneley wave in complex well conditions.It is widely used in the exploration and development of highly deviated wells and horizontal wells.This paper introduces the circuit,transducer,sound insulation structure,parameters and measurement indexes of the Quadrupole Array Sonic Tool(QUAST)developed by China Oilfield Services Limited.QUAST can obtain high quality logging data,realize reservoir parameters calculation of complex reservoir,and complete cementing quality evaluation.QUAST has been successfully applied more than ten wells in exploration and development,which has achieved good application results and solved the application limitations of cable acoustic logging tool in complex well conditions such as highly deviated wells and horizontal wells.
