摘 要:目的探讨肺小结节伴焦虑及抑郁患者的院外指导方法。方法回顾性收集366例肺小结节伴焦虑及抑郁患者的临床资料,根据院外指导方式的不同分为两组,各183例。对照组给予常规院外指导,观察组给予个性化健康教育。随访3年时比较两组患者对肺小结节知识的掌握情况、SAS和SDS评分、满意度等。结果观察组对肺小结节知识的掌握情况、SAS和SDS评分改善程度、满意度均优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论个性化健康教育能有效提升肺小结节伴焦虑及抑郁患者对肺结节相关知识的掌握程度,改善其负性情绪,提高其满意度。Objective To explore the out-of-hospital guidance for patients with small pulmonary nodules accompanied by anxiety and depression.Methods The clinical data of 366 patients with small pulmonary nodules with anxiety and depression were collected retrospectively and divided into two groups according to the different ways of out-of-hospital guidance,with 183 cases in each group.The control group was given regular out-of-hospital guidance,and the observation group was given personalized health education.After 3 years of follow-up,the two groups of patients were compared on their knowledge of small pulmonary nodules,SAS and SDS scores,and satisfaction.Results The observation group's knowledge of small lung nodules,the improvement of SAS and SDS scores,and satisfaction were better than those of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Individualized health education can effectively improve the knowledge of pulmonary nodules with anxiety and depression,improve their negative emotions,and increase their satisfaction.
