摘　　要：数字货币带来了金融科技领域的变革,也带来了数字货币犯罪问题。目前数字货币犯罪主要表现为支付手段型、犯罪目的型和伪数字货币型这三种类型。在数字货币犯罪侦查实践中,数字货币犯罪具有的争议性、隐蔽性、专业性和国际性已经成为侦查工作中的难点。对此,公安机关应从推进相关法律规制建设、加强高新技术在侦查中的应用、提高侦查机关犯罪侦查能力、加强国际交流与合作等四个方面进行研究和探索。Digital currency has brought about changes in the field of fintech,but also brought about the problem of digital currency crime.At present,digital currency crimes are mainly manifested in three types:payment means,criminal purpose and pseudo digital currency.In the investigation practice of digital currency crime,the controversy,concealment,professionalism and internationality of digital currency crime have become the difficulty in the investigation work.In this regard,the public security organs should promote the construction of relevant legal regulations,strengthen the application of high and new technology in the investigation,improve the criminal investigation ability of the investigation organs,strengthen international exchanges and cooperation.
