摘　　要：公安机关做好疫情防控工作离不开情报分析和研判。可从构建公安情报疫情防控生态系统的角度,结合管理学理论中的矩阵型组织结构理论,设计公安情报疫情防控工作模型。将公安机关内部疫情防控直线型管理模式改善为矩阵型管理模式,可加强公安机关与其他防疫相关单位之间的情报交流和联系,从生产者、消费者、分解者以及生态运转角度分别促进公安机关防控工作进行。Public security organs cannot do well in epidemic prevention and control without intelligence analysis and judgment.From the perspective of constructing the public security information epidemic prevention and control ecosystem,combined with the matrix organization structure theory in the management theory,this paper designs the public security information epidemic prevention and control work model.Improve the linear management mode of epidemic prevention and control within the public security organ into a matrix management mode,strengthen the information exchange and contact between the public security organ and other epidemic prevention related units,promote the prevention and control work of the public security organ from the perspective of producers,consumers,decomposers and ecological operation.
