摘  要:为提高钢铁企业无组织排放的管控效率,设计了一套无组织排放监控系统。采用三维建模技术建立1:1比例的全厂三维模型,并将TSP监测站、空气治理微站、摄像头、清洁车等设备按真实位置部署在三维模型中。系统同时接入视频监控和生产设施、治理设施的启停信号与运行电流。通过对颗粒物监测数据、视频监控画面进行实时监测与分析,精准定位无组织排放污染区域,并在系统中高亮显示形成异常记录,为无组织排放管理提供数据支撑。In order to improve the effi ciency of unorganized emission control in iron and steel enterprises,an unorganized emission monitoring system was designed.3D modeling technology was used to establish a 1:1 scale 3D model of the whole plant,and the TSP monitors,air micro-stations,cameras,cleaning vehicles and other equipments were deployed in real locations in 3D models.The system was connected to video monitorings and the start-stop signals and running current of production facilities and treatment facilities.Based on the real-time monitoring and analysis of particle concentration and video screen,this system positioned of unorganized emission pollution area accurately.Abnormal data were recorded and highlighted in system to provided data support for unorganized emission management.
