摘 要:为了研究不同淬火温度对NM600级别耐磨钢组织和性能的影响,通过热膨胀分析仪测试实验钢的相变点,使用光学显微镜、场发射扫描电镜和透射电子显微镜分析显微组织。结果表明:随着淬火温度的升高,奥氏体化逐渐完全,钢的强度、韧性、硬度等力学性能逐步改善;当淬火温度高于880℃时,奥氏体化完全,钢的组织为单一板条状马氏体,且在880~900℃淬火时具有良好的强韧性匹配;同时,随着淬火温度的升高,原始奥氏体晶粒逐渐变大,马氏体板条宽度从0.71μm增大到1.73μm,而马氏体板条束及板条尺寸并未发生变化。分析认为:NM600级别耐磨钢的强韧性与原始奥氏体晶粒尺寸和马氏体板条尺寸有关,马氏体板条尺寸大小对NM600级别耐磨钢力学性能有重要的影响。In order to study the effects of different quenching temperatures on microstructure and mechanical properties of NM600 grade wear resistant steel,the phase transition point is tested by means of thermal expansion analyzer,the microstructure is analysed by optical microscope,field emission scanning electron microscope and transmission electron microscope.The results show that with increase of quenching temperature,austenitization is gradually completed,and the mechanical properties of the test steel such as strength,toughness and hardness are gradually increased.When the quenching temperature is higher than 880℃,the austenitization is completed,the microstructure of the test steel is a single lath martensite,and the steel has good strength and toughness matching at quenching temperature between 880℃ and 900℃.Meanwhile,with increase of quenching temperature,the primary austenite grain size gradually increases,the width of martensite lath increases from 0.71μm to 1.73μm,but the size of martensite packet and lath has no changes.The analysis considers that the strength and toughness of NM600 wear-resistant steel is related to the size of original austenite grain and martensitic lath.The size of martensitic lath has important influence on the mechanical properties of NM600 wear-resistant steel.
