摘  要:普阳钢铁在低成本高强韧性钢Q370R新生产工艺研发过程中,通过大量试验,制定了合适的正火工艺,并对经过和未经过NAC工艺处理钢板的组织进行对比研究。结果表明:880℃正火时,钢板力学性能达到最佳;适当应用NAC工艺后,不仅能减少合金含量、降低生产成本,还可细化晶粒,提高强度和冲击韧性。During the development of new production process for low-cost,high strength and toughness steel Q370 R,Puyang Iron and Steel establishes a proper normalizing process by a large number of tests,and performs comparative research on the microstructure of steel plates with and without NAC treatment.The results show that the mechanical properties of steel plate are optimized at normalizing temperature of 880℃.After rationally applying NAC process,not only the addition of alloys can be reduced in order to produce the steel plate at low cost,but also the grain can be refined,strength and impact toughness can be improved.
