摘　　要：兴澄特钢采用卷轧工艺,成功开发6~8 mm超薄规格高品质X65M管线钢板。产品最大宽幅达3000 mm,生产不同批次钢板的屈服强度波动范围控制在40 MPa以内,强度均匀性良好。钢板具有优异的低温韧性,-60℃超低温冲击功达到120 J,-50℃DWTT平均剪切面积可达95%。最终解决了薄规格管线钢板型控制差、强度均匀性差、低温韧性差的问题,实现了6~8 mm超薄规格高品质管线钢的批量稳定生产。Xingcheng Special Steel successfully developed high-quality extra-light X65 M pipeline steel plate of thickness ranging from 6 mm to 8 mm with excellent low temperature toughness by process combination of flat and coil rolling,the max.width is up to 3000 mm.The yield strength of the steel plate produced in batches is controlled to the values in a variation range below 40 MPa with good strength uniformity.The steel plate possesses excellent low temperature toughness,the ultra low temperature impact absorbed energy value at -60℃ is 120 J,the average shear area of DWTT specimen fracture at -50℃ is up to 95%.The problems of poor shape,strength uniformity and low temperature toughness of light gauge pipeline steel plate is resolved,reliable batch production of high-quality extra-light pipeline steel plate of thickness ranging from 6 mm to 8 mm is realized.
