摘  要:针对攀钢冷轧厂1220 mm HC冷连轧机组板型调控能力不足的问题,设计了凸度为10μm至80μm的8组工作辊辊型曲线,建立了带钢冷轧过程三维有限元模型,并对8组辊型曲线分别进行模拟计算。通过对计算结果进行分析,掌握了工作辊凸度对辊间压应力及带钢平直度的影响规律:8组凸度辊的辊间压应力均比平辊更小且随着工作辊凸度的增大而减小。当凸度增大至50μm时,工作辊与中间辊辊间压应力在传动侧的峰值消失;平直度分布随着辊凸度的增大呈边浪-肋浪-肋浪+微中浪-中浪的变化规律,确定了带钢平直度峰值最小时的辊凸度为30μm。工业试验结果表明:凸度为30μm的工作辊辊型可以有效减小平直度峰值,增大弯辊力调控空间。Aiming at the problem of insufficient flatness control capability of the 1220 mm HC tandem cold rolling mill at Cold Rolling Plant of Panzhihua Steel and Vanadium Co.,Ltd.,the profile curves of eight sets of work rolls with crown ranging from 10μm to 80μm are designed,and a 3 D finite element model of the strip cold rolling process is established.The eight sets of roll profile curves are simulated and calculated respectively.By analyzing the calculation results,the influence of work roll crown on the pressure between rolls and strip flatness are obtained:the pressure between crown rolls is smaller than that of flat rolls and decreased with the increase of work roll crown,when the crown increases to 50μm,the peak of the pressure between the work roll and the intermediate roll at the drive side disappears;the flatness distribution changes with the increase of the roll crown:edge wave-rib wave-rib wave+micro wave-medium wave,and it is determined that the roll crown is 30μm when the peak of the flatness is the smallest.Industrial test results show that the work roll profile with a crown of 30μm can effectively reduce the peak flatness and increase the control space of the roll bending force.
