摘　　要：目的探讨集束化护理用于CT引导下穿刺治疗重症急性胰腺炎局部并发症中的作用。方法选取2018年1月至2020年1月江西中医药大学附属医院收治的60例行CT引导下穿刺治疗的重症急性胰腺炎患者为研究对象,采用随机掷硬币法分成对照组(32例)与观察组(28例)。对照组开展传统护理,观察组实施集束化护理,比较两组局部并发症发生情况、腹痛腹胀恢复时间、体温恢复正常时间、首次排便时间、住院时间等。结果观察组局部并发症总发生率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组腹痛腹胀恢复时间、体温恢复正常时间、首次排便时间、住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对重症急性胰腺炎患者,在行CT引导下穿刺治疗期间,通过开展集束化护理干预,能减少局部并发症发生,缩短症状消退时间,临床应用价值高。Objective To explore the effect of cluster nursing in the treatment of local complications of severe acute pancreatitis by CT guided puncture.Methods A total of 60 patients with severe acute pancreatitis who underwent CT-guided puncture treatment and were admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into the control group(32 cases)and the observation group(28 cases)by random coin toss method.The control group carried out traditional nursing care,and the observation group carried out clustered nursing.The two groups were compared with local complications,abdominal pain and bloating recovery time,body temperature returning to normal time,first defecation time,hospitalization time,etc.Results The total incidence of local complications in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recovery time from abdominal pain and bloating,time to normal body temperature,first defecation time,and hospital stay of observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with severe acute pancreatitis,during CT guided puncture treatment,cluster nursing intervention can reduce the occurrence of local complications,shorten the time of symptom regression,and has high clinical application value.
