摘　　要：TRIZ理论是关于发明创造的理论,其对大学生创新能力培养具有借鉴意义。基于TRIZ理论的高校大学生创新思维与能力培养需要从重视大学生TRIZ理论教育、重视学科交叉融合教育、重视教研协同育人和重视校企协同育人等方面着手,将TRIZ理念融入到大学生创新创业教育体系中,从而助力创新型人才的培养。TRIZ theory is about the theory of invention-creation.Its revelation of the laws of invention-creation makes it possible to cultivate innovative talents of college students according to the laws of innovation.Based on the theory of TRIZ,the university students'innovative thinking and ability training needs from TRIZ theory education attaches importance to students,attach importance to education,attaches great importance to the teaching and research collaborative interdisciplinary fusion to educate and attaches great importance to the coordination between colleges,etc,the TRIZ concept into the college students'innovative undertaking education system,so as to help college students on the cultivation of innovative talents.
