摘  要:本文拟用铝试剂(玫红三羧酸铵)分光光度法检测人工砂中的铝含量,建立起精确测得人工砂中残留聚合氯化铝含量的方法。采用水洗法多次水洗人工砂,探究能否用这种简易的方法削减残留聚合氯化铝的含量。检测人工砂水洗前后粒度变化,探究水洗对人工砂粒度的影响,再通过测定水洗前后的人工砂制备的混凝土的凝结时间、坍落度、抗压强度等工作性能探讨水洗法处理人工砂的可行性。In this paper, the aluminum content in artificial sand is determined by Aluminum Reagent(rose red ammonium tricarboxylate) spectrophotometry, and a method for accurately measuring the content of residual polyaluminium chloride in artificial sand is established. The artificial sand was washed by water for many times to explore whether this simple method can be used to reduce the content of residual polyaluminium chloride. Detect the change of particle size of artificial sand before and after water washing, explore the influence of water washing on the particle size of artificial sand, and then explore the feasibility of water washing treatment of artificial sand by measuring the setting time, slump, compressive strength and other working properties of concrete prepared by artificial sand before and after water washing.
