摘 要:近几年因复合硅酸盐水泥32.5等级取消,砌筑水泥的产量在增长,但因其执行的标准对混合材的要求较为宽泛,需进行放射性核素限量检测,为提高检测准确率,对检测仪器、称量设备等引入的不确定度因素进行研究,得出内、外照射指数的测量不确定度(扩展因子k=1)分别为6.53%和6.89%,均满足GB 6566—2010中≤20%的要求。In recent years, due to the cancellation of the 32.5 grade of composite Portland cement, the output of masonry cement has increased. However, due to its implementation of standards, the requirements for mixed materials are relatively broad, and radionuclide limited detection is required. In order to improve the detection accuracy, the uncertainty factors introduced by testing instruments,weighing equipment, etc. are studied, and the measurement uncertainty of the internal and external exposure index(expansion factor k=1) is 6.53% and 6.89%, respectively, which meet the requirements ≤20% GB 6566—2010 of requirement.
