摘　　要：针对反吹风袋式除尘器在新型干法水泥工艺及生产过程中暴露出来的清灰压力低,清灰效果不理想,且容易形成死角,清灰不均匀,造成除尘器压力损失过大等设计缺陷,通过分析论证,改造内部结构和控制系统,解决设备阻力偏高、电耗过大等实际问题,并达到超低排放目标。In view of the low dust removal pressure exposed by the reverse blowing bag dust collector in the new dry cement process and production process, the dust removal effect is not ideal, and it is easy to form dead corners, uneven dust removal, resulting in excessive pressure loss of the dust collector Through analysis and demonstration, the internal structure and control system will be transformed to solve the practical problems of high equipment resistance and excessive power consumption, and achieve the ultra-low emission target.
