摘 要:深入开发利用湖北恩施白柚资源,探究超声波对白柚柚皮白瓤中黄酮提取率的影响,并对提取工艺参数进行优化,为恩施白柚柚皮成分的有效提取和利用提供参考.通过单因素实验探讨超声功率、超声提取时间、超声频率对柚皮黄酮提取率的影响,采用响应面中Box-Behnken法对黄酮提取工艺进行优化,响应面模型P=0.004 5<0.01,失拟项P=0.265 7>0.05,数据与模型拟合较好.结果得出:最优提取参数条件组合为超声时间1.518 h、超声功率为646.075 W、超声频率为79.819 kHz,在该条件下黄酮提取率可达到1.117%;结合实际情况经试验验证,采用超声时间1.5 h,超声功率640 W、超声频率80 kHz时黄酮提取率可达1.14%,模型与实际结果仅相差0.023%,优化效果良好.In order to develop and utilize the resources of flavonoids in Enshi white pomelo, we explore the effect of ultrasound on the extraction rate of flavonoids from white flesh of pummelo peel.The extraction parameters were optimized to provide reference for effective extraction and utilization of pummelo peel resources of Enshi white pomelo.The effects of ultrasonic power(W),ultrasonic extraction time(h) and ultrasonic frequency(kHz) on the extraction yield of flavonoids from pomelo peel were investigated by single factor experiment.The Box-Behnken method in the response surface was used to optimize the extraction process of flavonoids.The response surface model P=0.004 5<0.01 and the lost fit term P=0.265 7>0.05 were well fitted with the model.The results showed that the optimal extraction parameters were as follows: ultrasonic time of 1.518 h, ultrasonic power of 646.075 W and ultrasonic frequency of 79.819 kHz.Under these conditions, the extraction yield of flavonoids could reach 1.117%.Combined with the actual situation, the experiment verified that the extraction rate of flavonoids could reach 1.14% when the ultrasonic time was 1.5 h, the ultrasonic power was 640 W and the ultrasonic frequency was 80 kHz.The difference between the model and the actual result was only 0.023%,and the optimization effect was good.
