摘 要:本文基于有限元法对核电厂贮气罐进行了抗震分析,采用ANSYS软件建立完整的有限元模型,通过模态分析获得设备的固有频率和振型,使用反应谱分析方法分析该设备在正常工况和地震工况下的强度及稳定性,根据RCC-M规范对各部件进行评价。计算结果表明,在正常工况和地震工况下,贮气罐整体结构,膨胀螺栓均满足相关规范要求。本文计算方法对贮气罐的设计和校核具有一定的指导意义。Based on the finite element method,the anti-seismic analysis of gas storage tank in nuclear power plant is carried out.A complete finite element model is established by ANSYS software,and the natural frequency and mode shape of the equipment are obtained through modal analysis.The strength and stability of the equipment under normal and seismic conditions are analyzed using the response spectrum analysis method,and each component is evaluated according to RCC-M specification.The calculation results show that under normal and seismic conditions,the overall structure of gas storage tank and the expansion bolts meet the requirements of relevant standards.The calculation method has certain guiding significance for the design and verification of gas storage tank.
