摘 要:我国对于社区抗震韧性的研究起步较晚,通过研究现有文献,发现国内学界关于地震建筑物应急疏散评价的研究较少,且以层次分析和模糊评价为主,方法单一。本文通过查阅40多篇国内外文献中涉及的151个评价指标,通过专家调研进行预分类,从社区抗损害性,社区疏散能力,社区环境承载能力三个方面构建社区抗震韧性的评价指标体系;利用熵权法权重计算得到各指标的权重,根据实例社区的数据进行灰色关联系数与熵值法的权重进行加权平均得到综合得分;最后通过多个城市社区的评价结果,为目前社区抗震韧性的提高提出建议。本文为提高社区抗震韧性提供了新的指标体系和理论依据。China's seismic resilience of communities'research started relatively late.According to the existing literature,it has been found that researches on the emergency evacuation evaluation of earthquake buildings are quite few,and dominated by AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)-FCE(Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation)model,these methods are too simple.In this paper,by consulting 151 evaluations involved in 40 domestic and foreign literature studies and pre-categorizing with the help of experts,the evaluation index system of community seismic resilience is constructed from three aspects:community damage resistance,community evacuation capacity,and community environmental carrying capacity.And we establish a community seismic toughness evaluation model which based on grey relational analysis.Finally,by taking a community in multiple cities as the research object,the corresponding evaluation conclusions are drawn,and give suggestions for the improvement of the current community's seismic resilience.This paper provides a new index system and theoretical basis for improving the resilience of communities to earthquakes.
