转型发展背景下地方高校国际化人才培养模式探析

摘　　要：在经济全球化快速发展及地方高校转型发展的大背景下,结合国家战略需求,地方高校应将国际化人才培养作为战略目标之一。针对目前我国地方高校国际化人才培养模式单一、目标定位不清晰、实践环节有待加强等问题,从质量为根、创新为本、教学为重、以评促建四个方面提出创新地方高校国际化人才培养模式的对策与建议。In the context of the rapid development of economic globalization and the transformation of local colleges and universities,international talent training should be one of the strategic goals for local colleges and universities considering national strategic needs.Aiming at the problems of single international talent training mode,unclear target orientation,and practice links in my country's local colleges and universities at present,this paper proposes to innovate the internationalization of local colleges and universities from four aspects:quality as the root,innovation as the foundation,teaching as the priority,and evaluation to promote construction.
