摘  要:以钒钛磁铁矿为原料,利用盐酸浸出工艺制备铁、钛、钒三元絮凝剂,对工艺条件进行优化后用于处理模拟有机污水,并与聚合氯化铁(PFC)的絮凝效果进行对比。结果表明:在浸出时间为4 h、浸出温度为80℃、液固质量比为5、盐酸初始质量分数为20%时,浸出效果最佳,钒、铁、钛的浸出率分别为99.98%、97.77%、10.41%;在絮凝剂投加量(以铁、钛、钒的总质量浓度计量)为25 mg/L时,未碱化和碱化的絮凝剂均有最佳处理效果,此时浊度去除率分别为97.01%、98.02%,总有机碳(TOC)去除率分别为82.20%、81.64%,TOC去除效果均优于PFC;铁、钛、钒三元絮凝剂对溶解有机质中的可溶性微生物代谢产物、腐殖酸、蛋白质都有很好的去除效果。Taking vanadium-titanium magnetite as raw material,iron-titanium-vanadium ternary flocculant was prepared by hydrochloric acid leaching process.The hydrochloric acid leaching conditions were optimized and then the flocculant was used to treat simulated organic wastewater.And the results was compared with polymerization ferric chloride(PFC).Results showed that the optimal leaching conditions were leaching time of 4 h,leaching temperature of 80℃,liquid-solid mass ratio of 5,and hydrochloric acid initial mass percentage of 20%.The leaching rates of vanadium,iron and titanium reached 99.98%,97.77%and 10.41%,respectively.When the dosage of the flocculant(taking the sum of iron,vanadium and titanium mass concentrations)was 25 mg/L,the flocculants with or without alkalization both had the best treatment effect.At that time,the flocculants with or without alkalization had the turbidity removal rate of 97.01%and 98.02%,with the total organic carbon(TOC)removal rate of 82.20%and 81.64%,respectively.Moreover,the TOC removal rate of the ternary flocculants were better than that of PFC.The ternary flocculants were aslo turned out that they had good removal effect on dissolved microbial metabolites,humic acid and protein of dissolved orgainc matter.
