摘　　要：科普载体建设与发展直接决定了科普的广度与厚度,并对科技创新氛围的营造有着决定性的关系。本研究将结合河南地区科学普及载体建设的实际,分析当前新时代科普载体建设与发展现状,重点研究当前科普载体建设的优势与劣势,并从政治、经济、文化、社会等方面提出促进科普载体建设与发展的对策建议。The construction and development of popular science carriers directly determine the breadth and thickness of popular science, which has a decisive relationship with the height of scientific and technological innovation. The study will analyze the current situation of the construction and development of popular science carriers in the new era in combination with the reality of the construction of scientific popularization carriers in Henan, this paper focuses on the advantages and disadvantages of the current popular science carrier construction, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for construction and development from the aspects of politics, economy, culture and society.
